McDonald's to cut trans-fats in Europe

The Scotsman: McDonald's new cooking oil will have a maximum trans-fat content of 2 percent and a maximum saturated fat content of 12 percent. It will "reduce substantially" trans-fats in the likes of French fries, fried chicken, fish and pies.
