Nathan's Famous reports fiscal year earnings

WESTBURY, N.Y. — Nathan's Famous said the fiscal year ended March 26 was the company's most profitable since going public in 1993.

 

Comparable sales at the six company-owned stores increased 2.7 percent to $297,000. Nathan's did not report comps for its franchise stores.

 

Net income for the 52 weeks was $5.68 million. Total revenue for the restaurant system was $41.36 million.
