Nestlé Toll House Café by Chip expands new kiosk concept

June 6, 2014

Shoppers at the Galleria Dallas can now get a double dose of their favorite sweets with today’s opening of its second Nestlé Toll House Café by Chip. A grand opening celebration will be held June 7, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., with a special appearance by the Nesquik Bunny, as well as complimentary cups of coffee and mini cookie samples. The Galleria’s first bakery café opened in 2001.

The new café features the brand’s enhanced kiosk concept, including digital menus displayed on four LED screens and an upgraded design that showcases the brand's signature product offerings in a more efficient manner, the company said in a news release. The company also launched a new smartphone app that customers can use to place cookie cake orders online, find the nearest location, get nutritional information, connect with other café users and more.

“There’s no question that our cafés are a perfect fit for the Galleria, as well as for our hometown,” SVP of Global Operations Shawnon Bellah said in the release. “Over the years, we’ve developed a reputation for providing warm and friendly customer service at Galleria Dallas, and we’re looking forward to serving it up two-fold starting this month.”
