The company behind mega-brands, like Burger King and Tim Horton's chains, Restauarant Brands International Inc,elected a new board of directors Thursday at its annual and special meeting of shareholders last . The 11 individuals voted in were all nominated by the company. They will fill their roles until the next annual meeting, according to a company news release or until their respective successors are elected or appointed.
