Pizza Hut relaunches Hut Rewards as next-generation membership platform

Pizza Hut has relaunched its Hut Rewards program, transitioning the loyalty platform into a next-generation membership designed to provide ongoing value and exclusive cultural experiences, according to a press release.

The updated program follows a debut during March Madness, where the company introduced member-only features such as in-app swag drops. These included a limited-edition Space Jam x Pizza Hut merchandise collection marking the film's 30th anniversary, which sold out during the campaign. The new structure allows members to earn points on eligible purchases while offering faster rewards through challenges and bonus opportunities.

"Hut Rewards has evolved beyond a points-based membership to a platform built to unlock ongoing value and access for our fans," Ashley Travis, head of growth marketing at Pizza Hut, said in the press release. "During March Madness, we saw our vision come to life by offering exclusive, member-only Space Jam merchandise drops and interactive digital games that drove consumers to the Pizza Hut app and brought more energy to this program. With Hut Rewards, we are giving fans more ways to feed good times, engage beyond the transaction, and be part of what's next for Pizza Hut."

The membership is free to join through the Pizza Hut app or website. In addition to redeeming points for food on digital orders, members can unlock exclusive perks and interactive digital games designed to extend the brand experience beyond the standard transaction.

The company stated the program is built to evolve over time, with plans to consistently add more ways for members to explore an expanded rewards catalog and member-first experiences.

Pizza Hut has nearly 20,000 restaurants in more than 110 markets and territories.
