Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen has signed an agreement with BrandIndex, the daily consumer perception service of international market research firm YouGov.
The partnership will entail daily brand intelligence reports to assist Popeye's in decision making.
BrandIndex interviews 5,000 U.S. consumers every day to measure 1,000 consumer brands in 41 industries. The data is organized in seven indicators of brand perception: general impression, "buzz" quality, value, corporate reputation, customer satisfaction, and whether or not respondents would recommend the brand to others.
"Data and consumer insights are critical to our success as a business,” says Dick Lynch, chief marketing officer of Popeyes. "BrandIndex will allow us to monitor on a daily basis how consumers are responding to our brand and our marketing initiatives."
