QSR Automations, provider of the ConnectSmart in-store, online and mobile connected technology solutions for restaurants, will demonstrate its innovative kitchen display, recipe viewer, table management and reservations software and hardware solutions at the 2011 National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show (NRA), held May 21 to 24 at McCormick Place, Chicago.
The exhibit will also feature QSR's ConnectSmart ControlPoint software, including new enterprise capabilities that will be available this summer.
ConnectSmart ControlPoint is a software tool for easily and effectively managing the computing systems used within a single quick service or table service restaurant location, or across hundreds of restaurants.
ControlPoint enables quick configuration and advanced real-time diagnostics, as well as the ability to perform updates and changes without the requirement to physically touch each device. Through ControlPoint's graphical interface, users can pre-define each device in the restaurant configuration, creating a true plug-and-play environment to simplify installation and ongoing maintenance.
Designed to manage QSR's robust kitchen display and table management solutions, ControlPoint can also be used to manage windows-based third-party systems, including point-of-sale terminals and applications. With ControlPoint Enterprise, users have access to a centralized option for managing these solutions across a restaurant company's entire system.
"Whether managing restaurants locally or at an enterprise level, ControlPoint ensures users can focus on guests, and not the technology needed to delight those guests," said Lee Leet, president and CEO for QSR Automations. "We are excited to debut ControlPoint Enterprise at NRA, providing quick service and table service restaurant companies with yet another innovative solution designed to enhance guest service while alleviating stress, driving efficiencies, and reducing costs in the restaurant and at the corporate level."
ControlPoint is included at no additional charge with the purchase of QSR hardware. As a special offer for NRA attendees, restaurant companies that purchase QSR hardware can receive a complimentary ControlPoint license for also managing the third party systems in that restaurant. There is a limit of one complimentary license per company.
