Quartet of global favorites featured on McDonald's menu in June

A quartet of global cultures, stretching from that "Land Down Under" to the "Great White North" of Canada is represented in four LTOs McDonald's is bringing U.S. customers starting June 5, a news release said.
Among the offerings are:
- From Australia, Cheesy Bacon fries feature a topping of cheddar cheese sauce and smoked bacon.
- From Canada, the Tomato Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich features grilled or crispy white chicken meat, topped with tomato-and-herb sauce, mozzarella, slivered onions, lettuce and tomato slices on a toasted roll.
- From the Netherlands, Stroopwafel McFlurry features vanilla soft serve with a caramel swirl and chopped Dutch Daelmans Stroopwafel caramel waffle cookie pieces.
- From Spain, the Grand McExtreme Bacon Burger includes a quarter-pound of beef, thick-cut bacon, McBacon Sauce, Gouda and slivered onions on a toasted bun.
The items are available at most McDonald's store in the contiguous U.S., though not in Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.
