Restaurant Brands International shareholders voted in favor of all 12 of the board of directors nominees provided by the company, with each director now to hold office until the next annual shareholders meeting or until respective successors are elected or appointed. All the directors affirmed in the vote are incumbents, with nearly 83% of shareholders voting.
Those chosen for the governing body of the company include Alexandre Behring, Marc Caira, João M. Castro-Neves, Martin E. Franklin, Paul J. Fribourg, Neil Golden, Ali Hedayat, Golnar Khosrowshahi, Daniel S. Schwartz, Carlos Alberto Sicupira, Roberto Moses Thompson Motta and Alexandre Van Damme.
As one of the world's biggest QSR companies, Restaurant Brands International Inc. owns Tim Hortons, Burger King And Popeyes.
