Sonic introduces Seasoned Jumbo Popcorn Chicken LTO

Sonic Drive-In announced the introduction of its Seasoned Jumbo Popcorn Chicken for a limited time.

Sonic Drive-In announced the introduction of its Seasoned Jumbo Popcorn Chicken for a limited time. The chicken is made with all-white meat chicken, covered in a crispy coating and seasoned with Sriracha, Garlic Parmesan or Honey Barbeque, according to a company press release.

"At SONIC, we continually create new flavor combinations for our chicken lineup that guests will love on-the-go," said Todd Smith, chief marketing officer for Sonic. “Our culinary team shook things up on our menu by adding the new Seasoned Jumbo Popcorn Chicken to build off a menu item our guests crave. These bites of juicy chicken have all the flavor packed into the seasoning, so guests don’t need dipping sauce, forks, or napkins.”

Inspired by the popular fiery red sauce, Sonic’s Sriracha seasoning is made from ground red peppers. The Garlic Parmesan seasoning is made with parmesan cheese, roasted garlic and Italian herbs. The Honey Barbeque seasoning is made with brown sugar and honey, the release stated.
