Subway has launched three new sandwiches as part of its Steak Melts Collection. They include the Chipotle Steak & Cheese; Big Philly Cheesesteak; and Steak & Bacon Melt.
The smokey Chipotle Steak and Cheese features steak with melted cheese and is topped with Chipotle Southwest sauce. The Big Philly Cheesesteak features steak smothered in melted cheese. The Steak & Bacon Melt includes steak and bacon, smothered in melted cheese.
Additionally, the featured $5 Footlong for November is the Spicy Italian, with Genoa salami and spicy pepperoni served on Italian Herb & Cheese bread.
Subway is also leveraging its Famous Fan partnership with Michael Phelps by donating $26,200 to the Michael Phelps Foundation in support of Phelps' sister Whitney as she runs the ING New York City Marathon on Nov. 4. The donation equals $1,000 for every mile she runs. Supporters can follow the effort on Twitter using #TeamSUBWAY.
