Subway campaign quenches both consumer and Third World thirst

Subway is partnering with World Vision and Dasani for its new Fresh Water 4 All campaign. The goal is to help provide clean water to hard-to-reach areas around the world. Through the program, donations will be made for every purchase of Dasani water at Subway restaurants before Aug. 31. Each purchase nets a donation of 30 cents to the cause, up to a total of $125,00.  

A news release today said that 2,200 Subway restaurants are taking part in the campaign in Indiana, Ohio, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, Florida, Alabama, Louisiana and Texas.
