Taco Bell announced the chain is cutting artificial flavors from most menu items, according to Bloomberg News.
Some of the ingredients the company will eliminate include artificial colors and flavors, high-fructose corn syrup, artificial preservatives, trans fat and other additives from 95 percent of its menu this year, with some efforts planned for completion by 2017.
Menu items that will remain the same include beverages and cobranded products such as the Doritos Loco Tacos, the article said.
