Taco Bell scholarship period opens for applications

Taco Bell has opened the application period for its annual Live Más Scholarship. The brand will provide up to $10 million in scholarships and resources. Students can share their two-minute submission for a chance at up to $25,000 in funding, according to a press release.

The scholarship program is now in its ninth year. Taco Bell has awarded $39 million to more than 2,500 students.

"This program started as a way to support students whose dreams had no bounds, and it has since transformed into something far beyond your run-of-the-mill scholarship," Jennifer Bradbury, executive director of the Taco Bell Foundation, said in the release. "There is nothing more fulfilling than watching scholars blow us away year after year with their creativity and drive, and I can't wait to see what this next class of scholars has in store."

The scholarships are for students ages 16 to 26. The application period starts today and runs through Jan. 2024. Recipients will be announced in April 2024.
