Teriyaki Madness names Heather Winslett director of operations

Teriyaki Madness announced today the addition of Heather Winslett as the company’s director of operations.

As the director of operations, Winslett will work with current franchisees to ensure growth, profitability, performance and adherance to brand standards, as well as oversee new franchise development.

“Teriyaki Madness has a stable, highly developed infrastructure which is focused on growth and innovation and the company is filled with intelligent and passionate people who truly believe in this concept,” Winslett said in a news release. “Knowing that the company encompasses these qualities, I knew I had to be a part of this team. The brand is fresh, fulfilling and fits your lifestyle and there’s a tremendous amount of potential for Teriyaki Madness.”

Winslett’s goal is to increase system wide revenues to $80 million, with 100 stores generating an average unit volume of $800,000 by 2017, the release said.

Winslett has worked for McDonald’s, Chipotle, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Arby’s and Jamba Juice.
