Tims China exceeds 20M loyalty club members

Tims China, the operator of Tim Hortons coffee shops and Popeyes restaurants in China, has surpassed 20 million registered loyalty club members on March 31, according to a press release.

The company credits its loyalty program as a key driver of growth, highlighting a seven-million-member increase in the past year. This milestone coincides with Tims China's recent achievements, including opening its 900th store and expanding into its 60th city in China.

"We are grateful to all 20 million members of our loyalty program," Yongchen Lu, CEO of Tims China, said in the press release. "Their continued support motivates us to provide exceptional customer experiences every day."

The announcement comes as Tims China celebrates its fifth anniversary, marking a period of significant expansion and customer acquisition.
