NCR Corporation, consumer transaction technologies provider, announced that Zing Leisure Ltd., a Burger King franchise, teamed up NCR for its restaurant technology solutions.
The solutions are intended to help improve the customer experience and the operational effectiveness of Zing Leisure’s business across the 18 restaurants it runs across the U.K. NCR will provide the company an integrated quick service solution to manage daily transactions that also offers insight into performance, security and inventory.
The tools are designed to enable Zing Leisure to identify trends, forecast revenues, control costs and optimize store performance. Zing has installed NCR’s Aloha hospitality software, Restaurant Guard and Pulse Real-Time, a cloud-based mobile app allowing management to see daily operations.
