Villa Restaurant Group names COO

Multi-brand QSR restaurant operator and franchisor, Villa Restaurant Group, has promoted Andrew Steinberg to chief operating officer, according to a news release. He now oversees all departments, including those focused on business and corporate development, as well as marketing, operations and research and development. 

"Without the hard work and dedication of Andrew and all of our valued team members at Villa Restaurant Group ... the company would not be the success it is today," CEO Anthony Scotto said in a news release.

Before joining Villa and filling various management roles there, Steinberg previously worked for Bennigan's and was named the company's youngest general manager at the age of 22. He has a business management degree from Ithaca College.  

Villa’s QSR brands include Villa Italian Kitchen, Green Leaf’s Beyond Great Salads, Bananas Smoothies & Frozen Yogurt, South Philly Cheesesteaks & Fries and Far East located in 42 U.S. states, Puerto Rico and five additional countries.
