Wendy's International tags DemandTec to drive customer loyalty

DemandTec, Inc. has been chosen to provide its predictive merchandising, marketing, trade and shopper analytics solutions for Wendy's International.

Wendy's subscribed to the provider with an objective of driving greater customer value and loyalty using DemandTec's analytical services.

The platform will be used in the more than 6,600 Wendy's restaurants worldwide.

According to a press release, all of DemandTec's solutions are powered by the industry's most advanced platform for making decisions regarding marketing, promotions, pricing and assortment. DemandTec software is used to model and understand consumer behavior.

DemandTec is used by more than 230 retailers and manufacturers, including Best Buy, Target, The Home Depot and Wal-Mart.
