WILSONVILLE, Ore. — Wendy's International Inc. has rolled out a Web-based and wireless solution to manage maintenance service delivery in its 1,400 company-owned locations. The solution is manufactured by Corrigo, which provides on-demand service management solutions.
According to a news release, Corrigo's maintenance management software will help Wendy's control cost and quality of facilities services performed in its restaurants.
"Corrigo's facility management software will give us control over building and equipment maintenance expenditures that contribute to our brand image and, ultimately, customer satisfaction," said Stephen Wirt, senior vice president of Development for Wendy's. "We were impressed with Corrigo's experience and results in the QSR industry, and the ease in which their system incorporated information on our existing equipment and integrated with our existing systems. This gave us confidence that Corrigo could quickly implement a robust solution for us."
Corrigo said it will also connect to Wendy's existing accounting system (accounts payable/receivable and general ledger) for a seamless and efficient process from start to finish.
"We are excited about the opportunity to provide Wendy's with best-of-breed facilities management software that will help them strategically address building and equipment maintenance," said Richard Michaux, president of Corrigo. "Visibility into key performance indicators will positively impact Wendy's ability to pinpoint areas needing improvement and proactively manage their facilities budget."
