Wetzel's Pretzels is expanding its Florida presence with the opening of a new bakery inside the Walmart located at 9990 Belvedere Road, according to a press release.

The location continues the brand's ongoing partnership with Walmart to establish stores within high-traffic retail environments. The West Palm Beach bakery will be operated by Sid Kapur, a franchise veteran who joined the company in 2020 and now manages 14 locations nationwide, with additional sites planned.

"We've had a great experience growing with Wetzel's over the years, and we're thrilled to open this new location in West Palm Beach."

The store-within-a-store model is designed to adapt to the retailer's specific footprint as Wetzel's Pretzels continues to target non-traditional spaces for national growth.

"We're looking forward to continue expanding alongside Sid, who truly understands the guest experience and the strength of the Wetzel's brand," Eric Weigel, brand leader of Wetzel's Pretzels, said in the press release. Wetzel's Pretzels has more than 500 locations.
