White Castle debuts 'juicier, beefier, tastier' Impossible Slider

"Juicier, tastier and "beefier" (without the beef): That's what White Castle promises its reformulated Impossible meatless slider is now. The brand today said its made the plant-based slider even better than its previous version, which appeared as the nation's first fast-food chain Impossible burger exactly one year ago today, a news release said. 

The reincarnated Impossible Slider is now available for $1.99, and the brand said that it is testing  flavor combinations to take the popular plant-based product to the next level.  

"As a 98-year-old, family owned business, White Castle has a number of milestones that are very important to us," White Castle Vice President Jamie Richardson, said in the release. "But the launch of the Impossible Slider is particularly special because of the immediate impact it had. Adding this burger made from plants has been a huge leap in establishing White Castle as a slider provider for all tastes and preferences."
