White Castle slides onto Capitol Hill

In a continued year-long celebration of its 90th birthday, White Castle will bring samples of its iconic Sliders to all members of Congress during the inaugural "Castles at the Capitol" event June 14.

Castles at the Capitol will be held over lunchtime on Flag Day. Members of Congress were sent hand-delivered invitations to the event.

"In the past, local members of Congress have supported our organization by getting behind the counter at White Castle and serving sliders to constituents in their districts. This year, we wanted to serve them," said Jamie Richardson, vice president of government and corporate relations.
