Women's Health columnist publishes Fast Food Fix

NEW YORK— Women's Health food columnist Devin Alexander will release her first book "Fast Food Fix: 75+ Amazing Recipe Makeovers of Your Fast Food Restaurant Favorites," hitting bookstores nationwide on April 18.
According to a news release, the book offers the secrets on:
- McDonald's Big Mac (save 174 calories and 19 grams of fat) and French Fries (mimic McDonald's crispiness with 106 fewer calories and 16 grams less fat)
- KFC's Original Recipe Chicken Breast (save 107 calories and 15 grams of fat)

- Dairy Queen's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard (save 209 calories and 30 grams of fat)
Alexander traversed the country and honed in on national and regional favorites including Chick-fil-A, Arby's, Sonic, Popeye's, Taco Bell, Steak 'N Shake and Starbucks.
