Hauke Feddersen, vice president of operations for PreciTaste, showed off its Vision AI technology at the National Restaurant Association Show. PreciTaste's station assistant, which helps reduce food costs and boost restaurant efficiency, tells employees on a makeline how fast a product is depleting and when it needs to be replenished.
