Cousins Subs rolls out pork-inspired subs

Cousins Subs has brought back the Cubano and Pulled Pork & Slaw subs for a limited time only.

According to a news release, the Cubano sub features ham, genoa salami, pulled pork, Swiss cheese, mayo, brown mustard, sliced dill pickles, onions and tomatoes on Italian bread. The Pulled Pork & Slaw offers pulled pork, BBQ sauce and coleslaw on Italian bread.

To celebrate the sandwiches, Cousins is hosting a campaign encouraging guests to snap a selfie of themselves or their friends eating a Cubano or Pulled Pork & Slaw and posting it to Twitter or Instagram using the #GoHogWild hashtag. A $100 Cousins Subs gift card will be awarded to one participant weekly through July 6. One grand prize winner will receive free subs for a year.

"These subs have a pretty loyal following, so we thought it'd be fun to give our fans an opportunity to showcase their appreciation," said Justin McCoy, vice president of marketing for Cousins Subs. "We want folks to really capture their inner hog and even get a little messy while enjoying these great-tasting subs."
