McDonald's strives to boost customer experience, all the way down to the bun

McDonald's is tweaking menu offerings and revamping service to make the customer happier, and the effort involves everything from longer toasted buns to the all-day breakfast menu to new ways to order.

The collective quest is to advance ahead of competitors which are all doing similar strategies and to make shareholders a bit happier as well.

CEO Steve Easterbrook told shareholders this week the goal is "fundamentally changing perceptions," according to a ABC News report.

During his remarks there was a protest by workers regarding demand for higher pay, notes ABC News.
