Arby's Restaurant Group selects Mitel

OTTAWA, Ontario -- Mitel announced that Arby's Restaurant Group Inc. has upgraded its communications capabilities at its global headquarters in Atlanta with the Mitel 3300 IP Communications Platform (ICP), IP applications and IP phones.
After a 60-day trial, a release said, Arby's selected the Mitel solution for its flexibility, scalability, ease of deployment and use, and quality of voice.
Arby's new investment includes the Mitel Teleworker Solution, Mitel Customer Interaction Solutions, Mitel Messaging Solution and Mitel Enterprise Manager.
