DTT Surveillance has signed an agreement with Seattle-based Burger King Franchisee Flynn Olympic Restaurant Group to install its system in more than 30 units in the Seattle market and various parts of Alaska.
After completing a pilot at one location, the Flynn group contracted two additional stores. The remaining 30-plus restaurants will be completed by the end of this month.
In addition to hardware and software, DTT is providing the Flynn Olympic enterprise with a suite of Loss Prevention tools and Managed Services.
Mark Escamilla, managing partner of the Flynn Olympic Restaurant Group, said the company has been "very impressed" with DTT's service offering, including the SmartAudit tool.
"Thirty days into our initial pilot, I realized the advantages of the service and quickly installed the system for two more locations. As we begin rolling out the system into our entire enterprise of 30-plus stores, I am eager to see the impact on our operation," he said.
Tom Moran, EVP of Sales and Marketing at DTT, added that his company designed a loss prevention solution specifically for the Burger King franchise community.
DTT has equipped more than 27,000 clients, including franchisees at McDonald's, Subway, Dairy Queen, Burger King, Dunkin Brands, Taco Bell, KFC and Auntie Anne's.
