Black Enterprise magazine listed Burger King Corp. as one of its "40 Best Companies for Diversity" in its sixth annual Diversity Report.
This is the third year in a row the company was included on the list.
The report analyzes the top 1,000 publicly-traded companies, and the top 50 global companies with U.S. operations.
Burger King was recognized for its efforts to create a diverse culture in the workplace, including its four key pillars led by the company's executive team to assure inclusion efforts in the workforce, community, guests, and operators/suppliers.
Burger King strives to create business opportunities for women and minorities through recruitment, retention and development by sponsoring workshops, speakers and networking events.
