Carl's Jr. franchisee deploys marketing and loyalty platform

Carl's Jr. Franchisee StarChasers Oklahoma and Beanstalk Data jointly announced that the franchisee is deploying Beanstalk Data's Marketing Master and Loyalty products at all 38 of its restaurants.

According to a news release, the rollout was approved by Carl's Jr.'s corporate office. StarChasers' President Stephen Anthony said the franchisee signed a contract within 30 days of being introduced to the platform.

"The integration with the point-of-sale system, as well as the fact that all offers are license plated to the actual member — there's no sharing of the offers. Then there's the fact that their campaign engine and loyalty engine have the ability to do a lot of randomization of the offers. And we don't want to have some people at a desk putting in names — we wanted no human intervention to onboard any new people. We also like how the system integrates with our Mirus cloud reporting platform," Anthony said in the release.

Beanstalk Data's platform is slated to launch at all StarChasers locations within the next few weeks.
