Panasonic's Stingray Envo POS workstation (JS-960) is now certified by CKE Restaurants, parent company of Carl's Jr. and Hardee's brands, and will be on display at this week's Independent Hardee's Franchisee Association (IHFA) conference.
Panasonic's Stingray Envo has met the certification standards set forth by CKE and is now approved for use by Carl's Jr. and Hardee's franchises across the nation. According to a news release, Panasonic's Envo saves restaurants time and money with a modular design that enables self-service and mounting flexibility.
"At CKE, we look for POS workstations that offer our franchises a variety of capabilities to improve operations and customer service," said Tom Lindblom, chief technology officer, CKE Restaurants Inc. "Based on our review of Panasonic's Stingray Envo POS solution, we feel confident it will provide our restaurants a reliable, flexible, user-friendly terminal that allows franchises to provide the quality experience their customers deserve."
As a modular workstation, Stingray Envo is designed to increase efficiency by enabling self-service – often without the need for additional tools. In addition to a traditional upright configuration and a low profile form, Envo can be mounted in virtually any configuration to work seamlessly in any restaurant environment. Envo is built to withstand the daily wear of the restaurant environment, passing rigorous factory testing and featuring an aluminum alloy chassis to ensure reliability and dependability throughout the life of the device.
