Como creates customer engagement campaigns in 5 minutes flat

POS customer engagement platform, Como, has launched a tool that allows restaurateurs to execute goal-driven marketing campaigns in under 5 minutes, according to a news release.

The Goal Wizard comes as part of customer engagement solution Como Sense and is designed for chains' marketing and engagement efforts and the company said the tool is fully-integrated with leading point of sale systems like NCR, MICROS, Revel Systems, PixelPoint and MobileBytes, to allow for easy implementation.  

The tool allows brands to launch campaign among specific audience segments, as well as set specific goals like driving spend or boosting visit with all the unique targets needed with a few clicks. The company said that through analysis of what has worked most successfully for its clients, Goal Wizard can launch campaigns with more than 30 different targeting options while boasting features like smart triggers, personalized benefits, multi-channel communications and more.

Como America President Yair Holtzer said the tool takes care of a critical business driver, leaving leadership free to handle the acute day-to-day restaurant needs and other priorities
