Pittsburgh area Dunkin' Donuts restaurants are hosting the Great American Dunkin' Donuts Holiday Gift Exchange to benefit the local chapter of the Vietnam Veterans of America.
The four-hour event will be held on Dec. 26, between 8 a.m. and noon at all participating Pittsburgh area units.
Customers are encouraged to take any unwanted or unneeded gifts to a Dunkin' Donuts restaurant.
"In exchange, they'll receive a free, freshly brewed medium-sized coffee and two great tasting donuts of their choice," said Nick Spencer, Dunkin' Donuts' Pittsburgh marketing manager.
All new gifts donated must be in original packaging and/or with tags and hold a minimum retail value of $10. All items collected will be donated to the local chapter of the Vietnam Veterans of America to help further its mission to give aid to all of America's veterans, not just those of a particular age group or war.
The Great Dunkin' Donuts Holiday Gift Exchange is valid for one exchange, for one gift, for one customer.
