Dunkin' Donuts is one of the companies to receive COLLOQUY Recognizes awards, a program that honors "innovative advancements and forward-thinking strategies in loyalty marketing," according to a news release.
September winners were announced in COLLOQUY magazine, published Sept. 30.
COLLOQUY recognized Dunkin' Donuts specifically for its DD Perks Rewards program, which is fully integrated into its mobile app. DD Perks Rewards offers points redeemable for free beverages and exclusive, personalized offers. Members can pay with the app, access offers and check point balances. In less than six months, more than 1.3 million Dunkin' guests have joined DD Perks and the weekly spending of DD Perks members surpasses Dunkin' cardholders who have not joined the program, according to a news release.
