Room is tight in most restaurant environments, and that holds doubly true for limited-service brands, which is why Elo has created Slim Self-Service Stands to streamline the installation and use of interactive experiences in high-traffic public environments, according to a company press release.
The product builds off the company's Wallaby stand product line used in QSRs around the world and comes in countertop and floor models that are 23.6% slimmer than previous models. The stands integrate the company's 15- and 22-inch I-Series touchscreen computers and allow for portrait or landscape orientation.
"Self-order capabilities enhance overall guest satisfaction with greater order accuracy and shorter wait times while also providing business benefits of increased average order size and labor optimization to maximize profitability," Elo Product Manager Josh Zhang, said in the release.
Elo has made more than 25 million installations of its technologies in more than 80 countries, the release said.
