HTeaO opens 10 locations in Texas, Oklahoma in Q2 2026

Iced tea franchise HTeaO opened 10 new locations in the second quarter of 2026, expanding its footprint primarily within Texas, according to a press release.

Nine of the new stores opened in Texas, with locations in Manor, Kermit, Arlington, Kingsville, Georgetown, Prosper, Richmond, Plainview and Midland. One additional store opened in Piedmont, Oklahoma.

"The second quarter reflected the kind of intentional growth we're building at HTeaO," Shane Clark, chief development officer of HTeaO, said in the press release. "We're expanding in markets where we know the brand resonates, while continuing to earn recognition that reflects the strength of our franchise partners and the experience they're delivering every day. It's exciting to see that momentum continue as we look toward the rest of the year."

HTeaO also expanded its menu with seasonal offerings, launching the Paloma Iced Tea in April and the Pineapple Crush Iced Tea in June for National Iced Tea Day. Additionally, the brand released a limited-edition patriotic lineup of merchandise and take-home tea products to celebrate America's 250th birthday.

On the philanthropic front, HTeaO raised more than $134,000 for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation through a May round-up campaign to fund pediatric cancer research. The company also provided half-priced tea to nurses and teachers during their respective appreciation weeks.

"This quarter showcased what makes HTeaO more than a beverage brand," Kelsey McManemin, senior vice president of marketing at HTeaO added in the press release. "Whether we were introducing new flavors, celebrating our guests through seasonal moments, or supporting meaningful causes, every initiative was designed to create experiences that people genuinely connected with."

In January 2023, HTeaO announced a minority partnership with two Dallas-based private equity firms, Crux Capital and Trive Capital, signaling a strategic move for stable expansion. Hitting a significant milestone of 150 locations in July 2025, HTeaO is on the path of continued growth.
