Jack in the Box launches ornament fundraiser

November 9, 2011

Jack in the Box restaurants is now selling limited-edition $1 ornaments featuring a Jack-style head wearing a green and white cap and pointy elf ears.

All proceeds from the sale of these ornaments will go toward Big Brothers and Big Sisters, the primary charitable partner of Jack in the Box for more than a decade.

This is the fourth year that Jack in the Box has sold a limited-edition promotional item to raise funds for the organization, which provides long-term mentoring services to help children who face adversity succeed. The previous three promotions raised a combined total of nearly $1 million for Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Additionally, the majority of funds raised from this year's antenna ball promotion will help provide mentors and ongoing mentoring support to children from military families with parents deployed overseas. Jack in the Box helped launch Big Brothers Big Sisters' Operation Bigs program in San Diego in 2004.
