"She is a growth-oriented leader with deep commercial expertise and a proven track record of delivering results."

Suess, who joined Krispy Kreme in 2020, was named head of people and culture earlier this year. As chief people officer, she will manage the company's global people, culture, talent development and employee engagement efforts.

"Lori has made a tremendous impact on our culture and has been instrumental in advancing our people strategy," Charlesworth said. "Her promotion reflects the strong leadership she brings to our organization and her deep commitment to our Krispy Kremers."

The appointments underscore the company's focus on internal advancement and strategic expansion.

"These promotions reflect our commitment to developing talent from within and strengthening the leadership team as we continue executing our strategy to drive sustainable, profitable growth," Charlesworth said.
