Lion's Choice taps restaurant veteran as COO

Lion’'s Choice has tapped Rebecca Fine as COO.

Fine will be responsible for leading all daily operations and future expansions of the concept.

"Becky brings deep restaurant experience and a proven track record of success to the position. Her knowledge and understanding of the quick service restaurant industry coupled with her human resources expertise make her the ideal candidate to lead our operations and shape our future growth," said Joe Buttice, president and CEO of Lion's Choice, in a release.

Fine served as COO at Honolulu Coffee most recently, as well as chief people officer for Panera Bread for eight years.
