McDonald's is rolling out smartphone charging stations in its restaurants across the UK, according to TechWorld.

The chain signed a deal with Aircharge to install 600 charging spots.

The news comes after successful tests in Hannover, Germany.

Starbucks began introducing Duracell ‘Powermat Spots’ across the US last year.
