Build-A-Bear Workshop, an interactive entertainment retailer of customized stuffed animals, has announced the continuation of its relationship with McDonald's through the chain's Happy Meal program.
From Feb. 10 through March 8, a new collection of Build-A-Bear Workshop mini stuffed animals will be featured in the McDonald's Happy Meal. Guests who purchase a Happy Meal during this time period also will receive a coupon for $10 off a purchase of $30 or more at Build-A-Bear Workshop.
This program marks the fourth collection of mini-plush Build-A-Bear Workshop furry friends to be featured in McDonald's Happy Meals. Build-A-Bear Workshop began its relationship with McDonald's in 2006 with the first-ever Happy Meal plush collection to feature removable, mix-and-match clothing.
This year, Build-A-Bear Workshop created five special designs of mini T-shirts to go along with the mini-animals. Each week, a new mini T-shirt design will be made available at Build-A-Bear Workshop stores. Guests are invited to visit Build-A-Bear Workshop with the coupon found inside their Happy Meal to receive a free mini T-shirt for their new friend.
"We are thrilled to be included in McDonald's Happy Meal again this year," said Maxine Clark, Build-A-Bear Workshop founder and chief executive bear. "Our guests will enjoy collecting these mini friends and dressing them up in true Build-A-Bear Workshop style."
This new collection of eight mini printed animals, Build-A-Bear Workshop Little Hearts and Friends, was inspired by Build-A-Bear Workshop designs and previous furry friends. The collection includes:
Each animal comes with a unique code that allows guests to redeem a free virtual prize on Bearville.com and McWorld.com.
Build-A-Bear Workshop mini friends will be available in participating restaurants while supplies last.
