A cheap, tablet-based POS system for small restaurants is now available from MicroSale POS Systems, according to a press release. It comes with an industry-grade Windows tablet, a cash drawer, an EMV device and a receipt printer.
"We are confident that our product will surely give small restaurants that extra boost they need to see exponential revenue growth," said VP Steven Theroux. "As a former restaurant owner, I understand how frustrating it is to pay tens of thousands of dollars for a POS system, plus annual payments for support, and then on top of that, see a good percentage of credit card sales go towards processing fees. It's time for a better solution. We want to help more restaurants succeed plus provide much better cash control than a cash register."
The solution costs $49 a month and comes preloaded with MicroSale 24/7 remote support and cloud-based reporting, according to the release.
