Panda Express is ceasing all corporate support to its three franchise locations in Russia in response to the Russian war against Ukraine.

It is the latest addition to the list of QSRs and other foodservice operators that are stopping support of Russia-based operations and closing locations.

Panda Express has ceased all corporate support, including "operations, marketing, and supply chain, for the three franchised locations in Russia. Current and future business development in the market has been suspended as well," the brand stated in a statement.

The brand has partnered with the Red Cross to provide aid to Ukrainian refugees by pledging up to $2 million through the Panda Cares Foundation program.

"Our hearts are with the people and communities impacted, and we remain committed to taking action in ways that live into our mission of bettering lives," the statement read.

McDonald's, Burger King and Starbucks have all ceased corporate support in Russia franchises, and some companies have temporarily shuttered restaurants in Russia.
