Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen has introduced its latest product, new Red Stick Chicken, all-white meat tenderloins marinated in cayenne and TABASCO flavor.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen has introduced its latest product, new Red Stick Chicken, all-white meat tenderloins marinated in cayenne and TABASCO flavor.

"Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is all about Louisiana-inspired recipes and traditions that have been handed down through time," said Hector A. Munoz, Popeyes chief marketing officer – US. "Our goal is to bring Louisiana-style, slow-cooked goodness to our guests – fast. Red Stick Chicken brings the incredible flavor of a perfect TABASCO pepper together with the juiciest chicken tenderloin restaurants have to offer."

Four Red Stick Chicken tenderloins are served with Cajun Fries, a Buttermilk Biscuit and the new, Smok’n Pepper Ranch dipping sauce for $3.99.  

The company also announced the release of mobile app The Red Stick Staredown, A Game of Chicken, featuring facial recognition technology that enables a feisty chicken to challenge the player to a staring contest and get them to flinch by distracting them, the announcement said. The game is available for iOS and Android platforms.
