A new report from BluePromoCode.com, a coupon and deal marketplace, found that families choose to dine out at QSRs more often than the general population. Twenty-nine percent of families said they eat out two or more times a week.
This is compared to a recent study by Monmouth University that showed 15 percent of U.S. adults eating out more than once a week.
Those families cites "saving time" as the driver behind their visits (68 percent).
Additionally, about 52 percent of men reported healthier eating habits in the past year, compared to 78 percent of women.
"Families are the ones that are the most time and financially-constrained," said Michael Quoc, CEO of BluePromoCode.
