LegalShield and the North American Association of Subway Franchisees have teamed up to offer LegalShield's small business legal plan to Subway franchisees. The new partnership gives more than 11,000 Subway franchisees across North America the ability to protect their business, themselves and their employees when facing legal issues, according to a news release.
Subway franchisees who enroll in LegalShield's small business plan will have access to LegalShield provider attorneys qualified to offer legal counsel and support on the issues affecting their businesses the most, including: contract review, hiring and firing, document review, debt collection assistance and more.
The partnership eliminates some cost barriers associated with obtaining legal counsel, the company said.
"For more than 13 years, NAASF has invested significantly in helping Subway franchisees advance their businesses," said David Tennyson, chairman, NAASF. "Our partnership with LegalShield is a demonstration of our commitment to enhancing the Subway brand by providing our members with new and exciting tools to drive growth and profitability."
