Taco Bueno names 2006 Vendors of the Year

DALLAS — Taco Bueno has named Lubbock, Texas-based Pedro's Tamales as its 2006 Food Vendor of the Year, and North Carolina-based The Roberts Group as its Services Vendor of the Year. The awards were recently presented at a Taco Bueno managers' conference in San Antonio.
According to a news release, Pedro's Tamales began providing Taco Bueno with tamales in 2004 as part of a very successful limited-time offer program. The Roberts Group has provided all architectural and civil engineering solutions for Taco Bueno since 2001. The development firm has designed more than 28 new buildings for the chain.
