Webinar will explore why millennials are dining out less

Millenials – a group with spending power approaching $600 billion annually – are choosing to dine out 20 percent less than they did in 2007.

Dan Santy, president of Santy Integrated, and Adam Pierno, director of Brand Strategy and Planning for Santy, will share their insights into how millennials decide what and where to eat during "Competing with the Refrigerator: Understanding the Millennial Decline in Dining Out," a webinar scheduled for Sept. 23 at 2 p.m. EDT.

Santy and Pierno will discuss their research into how millennials form their dining decisions, what restaurants can do to drive trial and how to encourage loyalty among millennial customers.

James Bickers, senior editor of RetailCustomerExperience.com, will host the discussion.
