Wendy's shines spotlight on new salad collection

Wendy's is shifting its focus to its new "salad collection" in celebration of National Salad Month in May. According to a release the collection includes the Asian Cashew and the BBQ Ranch Chicken salads.

The Asian Cashew Chicken salad includes edamame and spicy roasted cashews, while the BBQ Ranch Chicken salad includes a grilled chicken breast fillet drizzled with a honey barbeque sauce.

To celebrate National Salad Month, readers can participate in the third #NewSaladCollection contest on fashion site Polyvore.com/Wendys

Starting May 12, readers can create online style boards using Wendy's new salads as inspiration for a chance to win $1,000. Actress Molly Sims will choose her favorite style board and the winner will get to stock up on the fashion finds they pinned.
